How many streaming devices can be used?
The HollowTV app can be loaded on as many streaming devices as you choose. However, you may only stream (watch) on the number of devices included with your monthly subscription plan at one time.
Are Subscription Plans automatically renewed?
Our Subscription Plans are not automatically renewed each month unless you have elected Autopay.
What is the recommended internet speed?
We recommend at least 60mbps or higher to stream smoothly .
What happens after I purchase a Subcription Plan?
Once a monthly Subscription Plan is purchased, an email is sent with your username and password. These login credentials are used for the HollowTV.

IS the HollowTV APP Available in any state or country?
Yes, location does not matter. The only requirement is a streaming device and internet connection.
Can I watch HOLLOWTV on multiple devices at the same time?
The number of devices on which HollowTV can be watched at the same time varies based on the Subscription Plan you choose:
- Two Streaming Devices Plan allows you to enjoy HollowTV on two streaming devices at one given time.
- Three Streaming Devices Plan allows you to enjoy HollowTV on three streaming devices at one given time.
- Four Streaming Devices Plan allows you to enjoy HollowTV on four streaming devices at one given time.
What is needed to get started?
To start enjoying the benefits of HollowTV, all you need to do is:
- Choose a Subscription Plan based on the number of devices your want to stream on at one time each month.
- Install the HollowTV and Cinema Premium App on your streaming device.
- Sign in and start watching!
