This is an agreement between https://hollowtv.com (this website) and the purchaser of any product or service from this website. By accepting these terms during checkout, you agree to the terms and conditions listed below.
AUTHORIZATION
By making a payment on HollowTV.com using the payment processor, you acknowledge that you, the cardholder, are authorized to make this payment. You acknowledge you have the cardholder’s permission to be making any payment under their name, or that you are the cardholder making the payment. You also acknowledge that you are 18 years of age or older.
REFUNDS
Subscription plan payments made under this Agreement are irrevocable, non-refundable, and non-creditable. We recommend that you register for our free 24 hour trial to check the quality of the service before purchasing a monthly subscription.
AFTER YOUR PURCHASE
Account setup typically takes up to 45 minutes to activate; however, some accounts may take longer. An email with your account username and password will be sent immediately after your account has been activated. Please use the Installation instruction located in the Support tab of the website to download the HollowTV and Cinema Premium App to your streaming device.
LIMITATIONS
MAC accounts are 1 device only. The MAC you use with your purchase cannot be changed after purchase. Streaming device limitations are strictly enforced and are based on the subscription plan purchased. Violations of these terms will result in account ban and NO REFUND. To use Smart STB, you must purchase a username/password account and then generate an m3u link for your STB. Do not purchase a MAC account if you are using Smart STB emulator. Subscription plans are set to 4 streaming device limit by default. If you require more than this, please use Contact Us to submit a ticket.
SUPPORT
We offer support for the duration of your subscription. If assistance is needed submit a ticket using Contact Us or email us at support@hollowtvllc.com. Email support may take up to 12 hours for a response.
CONTENT
In order to keep the service running at its best, you may experience intermittent down time for maintenance and upgrades. In no way is IPTV perfect, so there mayl be channels without guide information and/or other minor issues from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have a supported device and HIGH SPEED INTERNET of 60 Mbps minimum is recommended. A device with available memory and sufficient hardware is required. If your Internet provider is throttling or blocking HollowTV, a VPN is highly recommended on your streaming device to prevent HollowTV from being blocked.
Payments & Cancellations
All payments are due on the due date. Autopay payments will automatically be deducted each month on the due date as agreed. To cancel your subscription, submit a ticket from the "Contact Us" tab or send an email to support@hollowtv.com. Sending an email does not constitute that your subscription plan is cancelled; your request must be processed. Cancellation request received 5 days prior to the expiration of your current monthly subscription plan will be cancelled at the end of the current bill cycle. Once the monthly subscription plan has been billed, we can not cancel the service until the following month.
